RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)
In accordance with EU regulations and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return your item within 14 calendar days from the day you received your physical delivery. You do not need to provide any reason for the return.

2. Special Conditions for Perfumery (Hygiene Exception)
Please note that perfume and cosmetic products belong to a category of goods with special health and hygiene protection rules.
* The item must be returned strictly in its original, unopened condition with the protective plastic wrap (cellophane/seal) completely intact, in the original brand box, and with no signs of use.
* In accordance with the law, if the original cellophane packaging or seal has been broken or tampered with after delivery, the item loses its right of return due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right of return, you must clearly notify us before the 14-day period expires.
1. Contact us via our official support email: info@parfumguide.eu.
2. Please state your order number (e.g., #1001), your full name, and the details of the product you wish to return.
3. We will send you specific instructions. Please do not ship the items back before receiving confirmation from us.

4. Return Shipping and Responsibility (Returfrakt)
* The customer is solely responsible for paying all direct shipping costs for returning the item.
* The item must be sent back no later than 14 days after the day you notified us of your return.
* We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer bears full responsibility for the goods during transit until the parcel is physically received by us.

5. Unclaimed Packages (Icke upphämtad försändelse)
If a package is not picked up from the postal service agent/ombud (e.g., PostNord) within the required time and is automatically returned to us, Parfum Guide EU reserves the right to charge the customer a fee of 450 SEK. This fee is strictly used to cover our double shipping costs (original shipping + return shipping), handling fees, and packaging materials.
