Ordering
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be automatically sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all details regarding the products, prices, billing, and shipping address. If anything is incorrect in your order confirmation, please contact us immediately at info@parfumguide.eu.
Delivery
Our standard delivery times are 1 to 5 business days. Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the following Monday at the earliest. If a delay in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at info@parfumguide.eu.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping Address
- The customer is solely responsible for filling out correct and complete shipping information during checkout. The details provided must be sufficient for the shipping carrier (such as PostNord or your local postal service) to successfully complete the delivery.
- If the customer's name is not correctly listed on the door/mailbox, or if the carrier cannot complete the delivery due to incomplete or inaccurate address information, the parcel will automatically be returned to us.
- In such cases, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee for any subsequent delivery attempts with corrected details. Our complimentary shipping for orders over 600 SEK is only valid for the first initial dispatch. For orders under 600 SEK, the original shipping fee is non-refundable and a new shipping charge will apply for redelivery.

All prices in the store are stated in SEK (Swedish Kronor) or EUR depending on your selection, and are inclusive of 25% VAT (Value Added Tax) in accordance with EU regulations.
We reserve the right to change prices caused by price changes from our suppliers, misprints in the price list, or inaccuracies in pricing due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns (Ångerrätt)
When purchasing goods from our website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal(return policy). This period begins on the day you receive the physical delivery of your ordered goods.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal:
- You must notify us clearly that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be sent via email to info@parfumguide.eu.
- In your message, you must clearly state your full name, shipping address, email address, order number, and which specific products the return applies to.
- You must return the products to us no later than 14 calendar days after the day you sent us your withdrawal notification.
- The customer is solely responsible for paying the return shipping costs, as well as the delivery and condition of the products during transit. Therefore, products must be shipped well-packaged, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, including any free samples that were sent with the order.
- We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product compared to its original value if the product is returned used, opened, or damaged.
The Right of Withdrawal DOES NOT apply to:
- Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene protection reasons (such as perfumes, cosmetics, or skincare), where the original protective factory seal, cellophane wrap, or plombering has been broken by you.
- Custom-made products that have been tailored specifically for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes. Perfume samples (decants) are considered custom-made products, as they are specifically prepared and poured into vials upon order. Therefore, samples are completely excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
Deduction for Missing Samples:
If you return a full-sized bottle but keep the free samples that were included as part of a promotion or gift, a deduction corresponding to the standard retail price of those samples will be automatically subtracted from your final refund amount.

Unclaimed Packages (Icke upphämtad försändelse)
- If a package is not picked up from the postal service agent/ombud (e.g., PostNord, DHL) within the required time and is automatically returned to us, Parfum Guide EU reserves the right to charge the customer a fee of 450 SEK (or equivalent in EUR).
- This fee is deducted from your refund and is strictly used to cover our double shipping costs (original shipping + return shipping), return handling fees, packaging materials, and administrative time.
Limitation of Liability
We assume no responsibility for any indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
We accept no liability for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, or reduced/failed deliveries from our suppliers.
